It's insane imo.

due to having max dmg on the jewel. if this is used in any armor the 19ed will only apply to min dmg. so say you're using a naga and you put this in armor. a naga has 16base min dmg so the jewel will be like a 3min/7max/6str/8dex jewel. its nothing special unless you can somehow find a use for it in a weapon.

20ed/15max> by far

anyone who pays a lot for this doesnt understand the mechanics of ed/max bug
