Michel (Octogenarian), he was dueling Horag not you. You are stating he afked vs you. As you clearly indicated you had not dueled him yet, and as it was his first "day" the "duel" is voided. If you are dueling him again I will referee it. Please remember, its a new user, he will not be familiar with all the rules (since no-one is apparently). You have made a bad situation alot worse here. calm down. remember: excessive rage will constitute (another) ban.
Dani (Horag), your right, I dont want unperm item-users in tour. If this was not aswethegods very first duel in a tournament I would have given you the win. I would much rather that you both take a step back and consider a rematch at some point in the future. However, As the user has clearly stated that he wore TG for 3 of the tour duels I am in a bit of a bind. If you refuse to reduel him I will give you an autowin. I would rather you restarted the duel (yes, I chickened from making a decision).
aswethegods - dodge does not equal to a loss. The rules are pretty clear in my profile (well, some of them are). If further mistakes/infractions occur I will be forced at best to auto TKO you and at worst ban you from tour. Im sorry that this has happened in your first duel. Please avoid Octogenarian for the next week and i will speak to you both seperatly. if you do duel Octogenarian, please ensure its in a passworded game known only to you, your opponent, and me.

I duelled him, in xx123//123 it was another game, game accidently crashed, he let me wait more than 7 minutes afk.
