Looks very gg to me, nice find! Bone shield is preferable base but this tower shield has almost everything needed at lvl 9.

I’d personally drop 300-400fg if I was in the market for a gg shield. Could me more though to the right buyer.

Wrong base too much str/frw penalty, no ctc frost nova, no dtm, no half freeze duration

This is a neat shield if the wearer was willing to throw a -req jewel in it. Would require a bit more dex but different aesthetic is cool
