how much life is lost to the blocking mod?

40% blocking at lvl 30 the calc says 128 dex required (pun intended) and 50% blocking at lvl 30 says 105 required.

thats 46 life for a necro. These numbers seem offly high though.

the rune that gives 7% blocking (eld?) is the equivelant of 29 stats though. from 40% to 54% is 128 dex req to 99 dex req for max block. NB

edit: you also drop 1 fbr frame going from 8 to 9. Thats harsh block frames period.
