pretty sure i logged in on each of them. Might not have clicked any pots or somthing.. But i didnt know about it at the time so what can u do.

The thing is your probably didn’t log into them, you just think you did because you’ve done it so many times before. I lost some chars of 08’s and hoarded jewels cause I forgot to perm. Also lost my fw sorc, I try to perm every 2 months now. If I’m perming one account, I make sure to go through all of them.

yeah i lost a char by logging in but i didnt join a game. now i join game and chug pot or drop 1 gold. such a pain

You're probably right on that one... Done it a trillion times u start telling yourself u already did it lol.. I created a reminder on my phone now that goes off every three weeks so i dont forget.. Sometimes u get r/d while doing it and u forget to do the rest of them if u get away from it...

I find the r/d doesn’t happen as much as it used to, I usually do 5-6 , wait 10-15 minutes do another 5-6 and so on

It is required. I had a rather tetchy discussion with blizzard support when quite a few chars were lost on europe.

Also, apparently if you have an empty char slot on your account, creating a new character will refresh the timer on all of the others - by that I mean it will show the actual time to expiry rather than the fake refresh logging on but not joining a game shows. It does not mean that you have re-permed all your chars.

wow thats crazy thanks for the info buddy. i might have gotten screwed by a fake refresh wehre i didnt change game files, i swear i refreshed my bowa. w/e, life moves on. better a lvl 24 than a char that gets used lol
