Never said it was perfect, but it suits the build correctly.
Without that mana you can't cast much tornados, unless you keep an insight on switch, which breaks the teleport chances, ohwait euro = no teleport.
But I'm not ganna argue, I think it belongs there but what ever.

good ring but there is a 10fc/90+ar/9str/20life/90mana/res on euro
