its not, at level 18 you mostly use 3os helmets to pump them with jewels (melee) or circs with 2os and 30frw if you are a ama. if you're a caster you also use circs with +skill and fcr and so on

Thing is it’s 10 max when it could be 14 max. It’s also missing a fourth mod. VLLD jewels are easily rolled with pskulls.

Well yeah it can obviously be better, a 20Ed/+14max/+? Would be insanely expensive no? Despite not being immaculate that doesn’t mean that it can’t be valuable/viable?
