i have a question. ww lock is banned, but accidental locks sometimes happen. what do we do in a tournament match when that occurs?

typically you just dont capitalise on the mistake, the defender blocks, and the match resumes. However, I have heard from HLD that there might be some issues with this (i,e, that unintentional ww happens more often now. we will have to wait and see. dont worry about this too much ok, we will figure it out (i hope).

my calcs said barb needs to stop moving for 1,8 sec if ww lock happens and that the outcome of duel will remain unchanged

Yep. Could also carry 4x health pots max for any time you get ww locked. That or cap AR at 500 for barb. If problem still persists, allow leveling to 38 for other classes to mitigate hit checks

or we can nerf barbs by only letting them lvl to 29

for the players that have asked for both of these things - i have removed the frw limits and increased the repl cap to 22 (Honor+Peasant), for this tournament. expect a limit in the future re: Frw and expect a max allowable of 10 repl on sorc's in the future as well as a better distribution re: max repl for the classes.
Or well, i have put 10 repl on sorc immediately. 2skill tree /20fcr everyone should be able to get. (and repl craft boots are easy to get if u want repl/else pskulls).

Why limit frw at all (in future) is a very strong question I think. You said yourself there is harsh diminishing return, so if someone chooses to stack frw beyond a certain point it’s not like they are becoming crazy op suddenly, it could eventually become detrimental. I don’t see a point in capping it for any reason. 20 is a good rep rep

it just means that shaper will really have no chance vs a bowa now. tbh with strbug and desync gone shapers really are consigned to the annuls of history @ lld ffa.
