As octopus has pointed out, i love to change rules, however, fundamentally i have not changed anything @ 49, and i dont plan on changing anything fundamental about lvl 30.

I removed most of the balancing rules @ 49 because the rules got too long and complicated for all you kids

I have a list of stuff in my profile that i will look at after the tours are over, but talking about rules during tournaments is a recipe for arguments. save it until after the tour.

ps death set vs psn javs seems fine to me!

was in old ruleset.. i guess made by jim. Imo a good rule. I guess it was kinda forgotten and cus moonspammer never used 2h it never came up.

Fw is fine, and chargers may just use 1 hand.

just get good with charger, 75 fireres are enough, i play charger longer than you are registred on d2jsp.
