Lower dmg = more def.

There has always been people def whoring and will always be, and the “no extensive def” rule has always been unclear and impossible to follow and only lead to arguments.

Fw is the most toxic build in lld and works great with cheap gear. Those nerfs aren’t even close to some nerfs other builds has received, builds that are far less toxic

Its lower damage then w/o rules. either way its higher damage then d2. i wont just ban something or nerf it dead just because it does not conform to the d2 meta.

if we reduce the % block on firewall then melee classes should be able to cause them problems, with good gear. it needs alot of actual duels and it could take months before there are sufficient melee players to determine what will or wont work.
if i dont have a full perfect (caster) invent yet ( and i am on alot ) then i would say most other ppl wont have a perfect (melee) invent either, yet, nevermind gear.

If not I would like us to see what we can do about ww, it’s very gay vs my zealer

its going to be more gay apparently, i read in some of the hld threads that ww for w/e reason seems to be doing more damage then normal, which ofc conflicts with other threads which refer to a next hit delay in d2r.
i have not looked at barbs at all ( or amazons for that matter ).

alot of wild comments and its hard to see clearly whats happening d2og vs d2r skills etc.

btw if you have a zealer, and you max fana, it could be that you can break previous breakpoints. its possible to 6fpa with faith, so well, it stands to reason fana zeal should act differently (faster) with the right gear.

for the players that have asked for both of these things - i have removed the frw limits and increased the repl cap to 22 (Honor+Peasant), for this tournament. expect a limit in the future re: Frw and expect a max allowable of 10 repl on sorc's in the future as well as a better distribution re: max repl for the classes.
Or well, i have put 10 repl on sorc immediately. 2skill tree /20fcr everyone should be able to get. (and repl craft boots are easy to get if u want repl/else pskulls).

i will want to test the block %'s on esfirewall before nerfing further (i accept a lower % block is probably required).

Guys this is not perfect i am trying to come to a middle ground ok.

max 105 total cold resistance... is that including 30 from anya or no?

that includes skills (natural res) and includes anya.
anya bug was fixed years ago in d2, and afaik is not an issue in d2r.
