LF is 2 types of damage, light and physical. Since the light isn't enough to overcome the mdr most characters have, it just nerfs the physical damage by a shitton. Therefore, it's better to just have 600+ lightning damage right off the bat, that hits EVERY time. The ONLY good thing about LF is that it increases the speed of the projectile for use from high damage throwers like bowazons.
As for chasing necros, LOL. Try chasing Santas-Revenge and see how long you last. His 1.2k life and 1k spirit >. Necro vs Plague is cat and mouse, if you don't get that poison jav to hit, you're done for. And since he's got a 75%plr head, you have to hit more than once.
As for mana, if you are in a tvt, you have someone with insight. Or a barb for more bo. It's called communication. Then again, you need to learn the language before you can communicate properly.
