also re: chargers with 2handers (insight), i looked everywhere and saw no rule for "charger must use 1 hand weapon", what are you all referring to?

As octopus has pointed out, i love to change rules, however, fundamentally i have not changed anything @ 49, and i dont plan on changing anything fundamental about lvl 30.

I removed most of the balancing rules @ 49 because the rules got too long and complicated for all you kids

I have a list of stuff in my profile that i will look at after the tours are over, but talking about rules during tournaments is a recipe for arguments. save it until after the tour.

ps death set vs psn javs seems fine to me!

chargers should not use 2 hand weapons. even with 1 hand its lame.
