This thread is dedicated to those ninjas out there who enjoy laying traps and bicycle kicking there opponents Liu Kang style.

Use this thread for:

1. Discussing D2 assassin builds & gear choices
2. Preaching the ways of the Cobra school of martial arts
3. Story telling: Memorable LLD assassin moments
4. Trash talking paladins

Do not use this thread for:

1. Discussing Assassin's Creed,
2. Discussing HLD D2 builds,
3. Trash talking Druids (They are our xpack allies)

Once upon a time, long long ago, there was a MLD assassin on EU. The assassin was called Lapras, and was famous on EU, being a constant gardener of the Low Level Duel games, and a feature in the PvP Tournaments held at the time, and long before that time (think : 2000-2007). The character was shared between 2 players, both of which were highly regarded and respected. As the years rolled by, 1 quit, the other remaining but diminished. As is our lot, eventually everyone moves on to new games/pastures/activities and it was only a matter of time before Lapras too, would fade from the Moor. It shames me to highlight that I errrm may hve sped this up somewhat. You see, one day, presumably after drinking ten too many glasses of french wine (the owner was french to my recollection) or god knows what kind of drugs, the owner decided in his drunk and impaired state to challenge this LLD forum to a duel. However there was a specific caveat:

No Barbs, No Amazons, No Sorc's, No Druids, No Paladins & No Nec's

Young ferdia (yes i was young and stupid back then, we all were OK!!) of course, registered, with his own trapper. Now I am not going to post the results (hint: i did not lose a round) but Lapras, the best trapper for a long long time, was never seen in the moor again.
In unrelated news ferdia got NOTHING for CHRISTMAS that year and thats EXACTLY what he deserved.
