Is that rare boot u mention best for es Lld sorc? Or is cowkings or rep boot better?

Well I like Sander's better than either but most people use CK boots or a rare 30/10/mana/dex boot. Guess it depends how you stat your char/rest of your gear. Not much difference between the options, so it's just your personal choice really...

on my build it pretty much comes down to:
Sanders = 40% frw and +114 mana (15 stats saved and put into energy, 46 mana/12fhr gc, *1.5 from sojs)
CK = 30% frw and +129 mana (20 stats saved and put into energy, 46 mana/12 fhr gc, *1.5 from sojs)
rare = 30% frw, +94 mana, +30 life (5 stats saved and put into energy, 17 mana from boots, 1x 5fhr/12 mana sc, 2x 15 life/12 mana sc, *1.5 from sojs)

Adding 10% frw at low levels of frw gives a nice little bump. For example, the speed gain between 30 frw and 40 frw is the exact same as the speed gain between 100 frw and 120 frw due to diminishing returns at higher frw amounts.

So yeah, I guess I just like the frw bump/middle of the line mana over the slower frw/higher mana or slower frw/higher life/lower mana, but not everyone values FRW on fber as much (not sure why, I wish I could find a 30 frw circ and hit 70% lol). If you don't care about FRW whatsoever, which would mean a bad sorc imo, then yeah rep boots would be best. Not being able to get 30 frw on em in LLD kills them though for me.

never saw a euro sorc but it would seem as though they use GCs, probably use pskull sockets still tho. Assuming they have no +dex or +str from gear at all except for 20 dex on CK boots,

20 mana belt (crafted fcr)
40 mana ck boots
112 mana spirit
40 mana sojs
46 mana x10 gcs
12 mana x10 scs
90 mana circ
90 mana ammy
15 mana visc
35 mana starting
58 mana levelups
150 mana from stats
*1.9 (sojs and eth frosties)

=2337 mana. So leaves you some wiggle room for visc socket and to not have perf +90 on circ/ammy and still hit 2.2

Hmm interesting, maybe eth rune would be best socket for viscurant in this case. I assume the best possible that for the gcs would be 25 life 46 mana correct?

I may have counted the mana from CK boots twice now that I look at it again haha oops, did it quickly... still puts you above 2.2k tho.

my sorc had 2,2k mana with scs only



10rep on sorcs (used to be 5 and it should be 0) so that leaves room for 1-2 skulls
