Yes and the other was zolas. Just those 2 specific chars got me into 30s the most even if they both had duped pp rares and jewels lol.

Avenged123 once told me his start into lld and allow me to share that with you now.

The time was season 17 of ladder. Avenged was lvling his sword/axe dual wielding barb in a baal run game. His barb was lvl 51 and he said he felt like he was almost strong enough to move on from normal.

Enter a lvl 29 charger. The paladin proceeded to hostile Avenged, offering a "soj" to anyone who could defeat him. Avenged, never being one to back down from a challenge and desperately needing a soj, accepted the challenge and took the wp to act1.

Avenged, over confident and feeling he could handle a "low lvl noob" with his lvl 51 barb stepped outside of town only to be 1 shotted.

He was in shock at first but quickly hit escape to collect his body and gold. Upon arriving at his corpse he realized his gold had been robbed. He pleaded for the paladin to give it back, to which the paladin replied, "sure, ill drop it outside of town"

Avenged fell for it and was instantly 1 hit pk'd again. In a fit of rage he left the game and chalked up the loss to "hacks".


Fast forward to the next ladder season, avenged was in a tomb run game. A lvl 18 asn hostiled avenged and his party of tombers. Avenged was again owned and claimed "hacks". The asn said he was a lld. Avenged asked, "whats that???"



These events changed Avenged123's life forever, and the lld community as a whole. For better or worse.

I didn't find out about lld till around my join date on here. I believe I got pk'd in a tomb game by a lvl 9 sac Barb (didn't know that's what he was at the time) I thought it was hilarious so I set out to build my own pker. I ended building a holy fire ranger named BloodSport and had fun. I started joining lld games and realized it wasn't too good vs actually built chars so I remade him into a cleg's zealot with war javs on switch and dueled with ppl like derm and magikod. That was my first "real" lld. I then seen alot of ppl doing lvl30 but couldn't afford to build a good one so I made an eth bonesnap charger that I later upgraded to a pure insight charger. (Lol pure 2-hander idiot). Played those two chars for a while but then took a huge break from the game for about 4 years or so and let all my accts expire. (Fucked myself on alot of legit pre-patch stuff from years ago) I should also add up to this point I was a ladder spawn and had no idea of the caliber of llders on nl. Few years ago I started back up and decided to start making lld's again. Seen some ppl selling full chars and bought those to get going. Now with everything outside of d2 I rarely have time or find better things to do lol. But hopefully once lad resets and all my chars are on nl I can have a bit more fun.

ahaha eth bonesnap charger that was one of my earliest ones as well back on west before i knew the real party was on east. It sucked nuts but every now and then it could score a kill on a real lld just by luck and the sheer amount of damage it could do
