Thank you all for your feedback, i believe an eth is great for this item but i also feel how a dex/res jewel could be beneficial and sheal too. I'll make out the lld and depending on my need a weather more block or mana regent.

I am thinking about using heaven garp , a nice rhyme would be great too.

you want to either use Stealth runeword or a Vipermagi for your nec.

Why? I mean thank you for your input but at it least explain your idea. I like heavenly garp, its mana regen is nice. Id also put a -15 req/15@res in heavenly grap or a prefect skull.

Btw I am iso of one, soo hard to find one

Viper: 30fcr Faster cast rate, +1 skill, 35@ res, 13mdr, 1 socket
Stealth: 25fcr, 25fhr, 25frw 6dex 15mana regen 3mdr (Note 25frw = 120 life when you compare to scs and it can be bugged easily)
Garb: 15energy, 10@, 25 mana regen, 1 socket

For a start you will need fcr on your armor.

Stealth should be the best option by far - Necros have plenty of jewel sockets and use rare boots so resists should not be a problem. frw and lower str req on stealth > 1 skill on viper but both are viable for sure.
