Uh libby is not even top5 1v1 build, at least not with eu rules imo.
Too many matchups where they are in disadvantage, even if it's mostly just a slight one.

Holy shocker #1 build. cannot be synched, n1 big charge dmg, oww zaps, sky zaps, kill meni pet no try, free vigor n medi, so much style.

Whats are eu rules for Libby?
No prayer skilled is the only one I know about.
Whats rep cap?
Seems like there arent any good libby players on eu

Without a huge rep med, a Libby vs a fb sorc, zon, trapper all would be a pretty hard matchup. Zon matchup wouldn't be very different than east becahse its over fast. Its all charging so it depends how nice libby gear is to have that gosly charge damage.

But nado druid doesnt win. No way

Necro certainly doesnt, (frank was godly using slam on east but with abusive tactics by Libby it still wasnt enough)

Barbs wont do shit without tele staff, is that allowed?

Seema libby is still in top 4 at least

10 repl, medi is allowed but not hardpt in prayer.
If opponents read u well u have a hard time to land hammers in 1v1, in tvt its another story they shine much more there imo.
If u are kaz I did duel u with slam ^^ and I didnt lose.
Eu does have good libbies, and im def not saying libby is a shit build, I just think some other builds like fb/fw/blizz/trap/nado have more free win matchups.
im up to duel any libby on eu with sorc ( any ele ) / bowa / trap / nec / barb / nado..
dont have access to east chars anymore.

1v1 vs kaz? Tvt doesnt count.

When I dueld who I thought was frank on slam, maybe was you, I got slammed at first. And most all of our duels with honor I got slammed, then I switched to spirits and was more careful I startes to go about even at least, that was toward the very end of our duels. Also I was fully aggressive and chasing hard (on eu eapecially I would have no choice wwith only 10 rep)

Other people use kaz its possible it wasnt me you dueld

We try again some time ill use buckshot if he still exists, little bit more damage aince 33 honor but less life mana than kaz

If I get access to a comp some time ill let you know. Id be more than happy to attempt euro duels.

If I am careful and tryharding, spirits pretty much never land. Spears are what I'm afraid of
