Correct. He has to do a couple other things I mentioned to him over PM as well, to make sure no one cheats. Nothing too big, but hey, the prize is pretty massive anyway =D
He didn't demand payment, I just thought it would be fair to offer it; plus, it justifies his neutrality to people who don't know him.
