I got a question regarding the level 30 rule set:



This means

• res from gear + skills = 135% max OR
  
• res from gear + skills = 105% max (if the char solved anya quest in all difficulties)
  
  
• applies to all elements
  
• is counted before -res from mastery

Correct?

confirm (ty worm), assuming "res from gear + skills" is actually meant to be "res from gear + quests"
Skills would be counted to, but only a few exist (natural res, fade and resis pala auras are the only ones that come to mind)

actually "res from skills" was meant to say exactly that (nat res, fade, pala auras)
res from quests (anya) would apply to point 2 which would leave you with 105 res from gear ans skills (if your char got + 30 from anya quests), summing up to the max allowed 135 total res
