i dont know exactly how much the 1% inc missing does, but its also missing 10 frw, also it could have other useful mods

i dont like those at all, wouldnt use on a sorc

you can roll them with 1 less mod and 30 frw, or just 20frw. frw underrated on sorc's boots, alot. just like frw circ's are overrated on bowa's ofc.
