Everyone has been added, and I'm still discussing the rules of other potential ladders (which may come later on)

This ladder is set to start on Wednesday the 28th of January. There is no need to start dueling/etc right away, but for those of you who have been waiting, this will be the first day to get your duels counted towards your ladder standings!
Tournaments will start a few weeks after the ladder has started
