never heard of such a rule vs sorcs
so can't be that common
If someone rly defwhores, just stop the duel and call a ref (chum, me, someone else who can ref in your eyes^^)

My suggestions:
1: 85 fr allowed for nec/barb/druid. NO maxblock for sorcs vs barb, windy may use telestaff, melee druid can have more frw, so no 85 fres for barb/druid; we already discussed about nec, but decided against it... nn too much rules for a fun tournament
2: At least one attack/swtich. banned ofc
3: Non-limited. ok
4: Banned. use the golem instead of 85 res
5: 10 mins. lol, ofc no time limit
6: Dunno really. leap is almost useless on that lvl, so allowed to use
7: Dunno really. no visiting stash or changing gear to precast
8: Non-limited. ok
