actually 13points yes for max vigor since its 18req but the +1skills from items also add %ed (but not 540ed total..for a moment i tought i could put 20 in vigor^^)

its 260ed (hard points into vigor) & 140ed from +7pala sk on items added to synergy so 400ed lost...

libby doesnt worth it anymore anyway... i 'm scared charging people now, shame with so crappy dmg^^

i mean... what is a libby?

a hammerdin that have a charge slot in switch... so the charge dmg must be descent.. else its not viable build & better dont switch & charge with spirit^^

mostly at lvl30...u need max 50-60str for hammerdin so if u dont have a rare eth hammer (75str req) u must up^your str for a naga ( or use a crappy divin scepter... which reduce again your dmg)

and i dont want to waste str...for a crappy charge slot !^^

so would be nice if vigor would be allowed.... else we can forget that char called libby

i guess i dont need to say that snatch agree with me =)))
