es sorcs: 0-15 life repl
non es sorcs: the same?
palas: 0-12 life repl (12 life repl allows the use of perf peasant)
ranged: 10-15 (fissure can have more, i'd say 22)
melee: 22

Would rather see less like 6 lrep for sorc/pala (minimum on pc) but i guess thats not possible without pissing everyone off.
