I used to low level duel, and one of the main things I saw was the 20psn damage over 2 seconds jewel...Can people use these?

Even if LLD is alive, it is 200% unbalanced

I could easily make a lvl 30 necro and own anyone, or better yet a lvl 30 sorc.

The fact is, the rules need such a revision that it isn't worth it to lld atm/

LLD Rules are simply things put in place to balance charactors at lower levels so that it comes down to a persons actual skill and strategy... also I think previous LLD'ers from 1.09 are doing alot better in patch then others at HLD, since we know the values of AR and defense more then others

Also, if dueling at lower levels is breaking the UCLA of Blizzard then I will NEVER buy/play another blizzard game again.

That would be shit if LLD was against blizz UCLA. As far as I know the only stuff in there is shit about hacking, never really read it over tho so I could be wrong.

LLD'ers are THE MOST legit group of duelers on B.net. Half of them didn't use MH even in 1.09, it wasn't allowed in duels anyways, no bugs were ever allowed, only a few dupes got past the radar(uncommon rings)
