For switch, you could also get a 15 rep scepter socketed with a hel or res jewel and an artisan's kite shield of regeneration (5 rep) filled with whatever jewels you like.

This is what I use on my switch. There really isn't any good option for the shield socket though so I picked Sol runes.

You would probably be better off going with a shield with deflecting and 5rep to keep up some block while using the switch. Even though it wouldn't be 75% it seems better than sol runes.

The other option is a 10% magic res shield with 5rep.
