well yeah, maybe there are better options for bowa shield. but i only had these jools to insert( maybe 20 ed 9 dex add would be better...) and i rly love the replife on it.
also the str req is not a prob for me, cuz my weapon,armor,fhr res belt, has the same str req
ya even plain 20/9s are generally better in shields, but the rep is sick. too bad its not a bone but still nice
