i think its useless becuase even though it has 3 more rep than a regular 2 sox deflecting shield, the 3 rep isn't that special. If it had fhr or life or dtm or just +1 more of any good mod, then it would be pretty solid.

continuing that tradition, I have a question about lvl9 tspears. i *think* they get up to 60 or 65% ED or something and 10% ias but im not really sure - just found these, having neither of those mods - also, they have no -req. in fact, its hard to find anything good to say about them but I can recall using lower dmg tspears on someoen elses 9er so I figured I'd see what the deal is.
edit: juts saw the timestamp lol. so I doubled it, as I do when I tell people my penis is 7 inches of manliness
