tyrant could use many better adds

how much better is it then a perf oath though, ill do some nmbers later on it.

whats insane about that orb is that it could be level 30 if it was a lower item base

vouch. you loose +2 tele/warmth/etc.. @ mld. you could also have 150 base mana on it. anyways it's not "insane" but it's still good.

Ar boost will be like ~2.5k probably, which can be really useful sometimes.
Also in opposite to normal sc this one with right jewel can be used on libby without zaka (normally you need str from zaka to wear sc).
If for some reason you want to use sometimes 45dr, 5.5k charge, and 75fcr on same switch then it's great!
