1. I have already admitted that i have had limited access over the last 2 months. yes, i acknowledge that this is "failing" on my part.
2. if interest in MLD decreased then interest in 30 is dead. At least I was doing something constructive to keep things active.
3. where did i go wrong, hmm lets see, (a) michel, (b) not logging on every day to keep everyone in line (c) not banning people sooner.
3. transfer of power? if you want to make a tournament, go for it, im not stopping you.
4. Get baboun's opinions on your behaviour and then come back here with his reply. Most of Dej's rules you disagreed with.
5. Paul, you were kicked out of perz's original tournament, and i cant remember how many of mine you impulsively left without discussing the issues (2-3?). you have not shown any remorse for the theft of a friends account, all you think about it "oh, cant let it all go to waste!"
6. You talk of my "power" and i hear alot about this from different angles. I arrange tournaments, and rules for those tournaments, what you do outside of them is up to you, you are labeling me because i have had the only tournaments at this level bracket for the last 1-2 years. Of course I would like you to help with arranging tournaments but you have repeatedly demonstrated that you are not up to the task and cannot be impartial, practical, fair or level-headed. I would welcome someone to assist or even take over the tournaments. When I host the next tournament (god knows when) I will be sure to have other people involved in the updates etc.
7. MLD is a community, it does not like people who steal from others, and throwing this all back in my face does not change the fact that (a) Your new friend is using your old friends gear which was stolen from him and (b) you don't care, you just want to see the items used.
8. If you think I am on a power trip then you should be delighted with the situation. I won't be ordering you around and you can play with whatever rules you want with whoever you want, whenever you want. I never stopped you from doing this before, the rules for the tournaments were not perfect and I freely admit to making blunders, but I didnt see alot of people assisting.
9. Ferdia-era over, As most people that know me know (including you), I have always been fair, even when it was not what everyone else wanted. This has cost me alot, but things still worked out. You have argued constructively in your post about all my failings and I admit that they are all valid to varying degrees but not even once have you shown remorse on the cause of the Ban.

I defended you in the 1st tournament when no-one else did. you were screwed over with perz over the paladin amulet but I still handed it back and things got sorted. You quit each of the tournaments before constructively debating the cause of the departure - aswethegods / duel vs harabec. If you had stopped, thought about it, and then discussed either of those issues they would have been resolved at the time. there is no reason why things cannot be worked out but until you recognise the issue at hand instead of bashing the response, we are not going to make headway.

If you think it's fair to ban me & dej, just because we don't have the same opinion, ok.

Maybe we could arrange tours from our parts, even tho I'm probably too lazy to do it, but that would just separate the community into 2 clans : " the pro ferdia " and the rest. and that's not what we want yeah ?

ps : you arent forced to talk about past facts to support your argumentation.

1. a divided community is not what we want. before anyone jumps in i am aware that it was already divided via EP, again, wrong topic, its something that needs to be address but its a slow process.
2. about lee, he has dropped off the planet and has not contacted either myself or chris. i dont expect your friend royalton to give back his gear or carlos's gear. If he handed it back to the person who stole the gear, fine w/e compromise. he should have said no when his friend said "hey i have stolen an account from X user, want to use it ?"
3. what i want you to do is think about what you would want your friends to do if someone stole all of your accounts and then wanted to play in my tournaments. what would you think of people, or me, who knowingly invited him to join the community? would that not make you angry?
