there chars where you need the frw vs, in which case the frw circ would be used. when you don't need it (melee, sorcs, etc) then the fake circ is better

I don't have an 18 necro. I'm pretty sure there are a few floating around, including a +1 pnb, 20 fcr, 20 frw, 9 replife lvl 21 circlet that I found myself that was going to be used on a 21/22 dueler by mikeyjd.

The helmet is bad, it would only give an edge vs chargers, that's it. Even then, replife is pretty much useless against chargers since it's over so fast anyway.

Not in europe, i've seen 2... took 2 year for minifeet to get a 1pnb 20frw 10fcr.

10lrep is 95second to rep back the life 95life lost from 20frw, many duels last much longer.
