Sure, you and others have been around for way longer than I. except weren't libbys terrible before 2009 when they were 75 fcr and not geared as well? Exxo was the best and still weak. Might as well consider it not worth counting any time when certain builds were weaker, like barbs or libbys.

Not many vs fireball, haseo ft5 was the first in a long time, this was all during the relatively current meta. Is that not enough to have an accurate opinion? I've never gotten completely rolled against anyone over and over, I could always call on the power of the paladin. I was even getting the hang of libby vs jawns barb.


Diablo just doesn't strike me as that complicated of a game. Compare it to say dota or starcraft. Diablo is a game that rewards good reaction time and repetitive precision. Not really complicated bits of nuance. The amount of things you need to know to play a single matchup in diablo2 really isn't much. Are there that many hidden bits of dueling knowledge I don't have? Probably some. But I've played other games besides d2 enough to know when I'm getting the bigger picture of how to be good at the multiplayer.


Also I got the game when it came out I mean I've had a close infatuation with it since I was 8 years old, I played hours a day for years before coming online. Not that it taught me anything lol I was an idiot pvmer.

All I know is that anyone can die, no 1 is untouchable.

Oh and I can kill a tier 1 libby with a fissure druid.

I would say an insane barb is pretty equal with fber, people just like to give haseo shit over it. The most highly skilled BvS ever done in lld was surely jawn vs makavelli and that was basically 50-50. Jawn was only using honors but makas gear also wasn't that great either. A good barb who is actually trying vs sorc will not only have 3k+ life but will either be in the air (leap attack), or on top of you wwing, with no in-between. It can be extremely hard to hit a barb doing that vs a fb sorc... you can maybe get 1-2 fbs in as they land each time which is fine as long as you play flawlessly, but it only takes 1-2 mistakes to get killed.
