yeah my sorc uses a different shield to get the higher bp...so to get block with it, its a lot more dex and my sorc probably has a shitton more f r/w and life rep/mana rep

either way, i said it was a rand respec, if i tossed on visc + rare belt or w/e it would exceed that low 2 k mana easily

And...even with lower life mana, it kills every other llder anyways aside from maybe a really awful svs matchup
