15K ish hammer does about 2.5K pvp damage, so if you dont have that kinda life, or in a druids case a deshift your toast in 1 hit.
Given the character level difference from 30 vs 99 along with block the melee's have a terrible chance to connect regardless of how they try and stack the ar. With amp perhaps a 2h charger could take a large chunk of life, but its an uphill battle.
In norm you can saftey assume that your not going to reduce at a minimum 75% res, likely higher and with sorb, it'll tickle on the elemental builds.
Imo the best chance a team of llds has is with a couple leapers and a MB sin to lock up the hammer while something like a bowa with an amp'ing bone nec and a hammer for magic damage snipes away and chips off some health. I'd be interested to see how this plays out, if I was betting, I'd put the win on the 99 lamerdin.
I'd most likely use a tele bowa for this to make it fair.
I've 1v3'd in 4v4 GMs when there's 2-3 opponents left and I'm the last one alive on my bowa, and usually kill 2 out of the 3 before I die and that's HLDs.
It would be quite tricky, and with all the hybrids in game now I can't speak with confidence that I wouldn't just get stunlocked/ rushed and killed before I could do anything, I'd probably if I had to pick the most effective class say Vanq (I always played a vanq, chainlock smiting hdin with 1 point into foh), I could just charge/ tele smite the bowas down and kill them in 1 smite, and same applies to leapers, just holy freeze charge/ or tele smite them.
You make a valid point, maybe I wouldn't have the life to last vs 7 opponents, maybe on my tele bowa but then I risk getting rushed and fhr locked, but she can get out of 2x top FPK sins (top world ladder sins of all time) mbing me at the same time with traps, and still kill them even 2v1, and she has never lost to any Sin (Beaten every top Sin you can name 1v1) she's my baby, I put over 2800 dollars into her at one point and cried over how proud I was of her and how good her build had gotten, I used to think about improving her build all day at work it was all I thought about.
In my opinion, a perfectly played and geared tele bowa is by far the strongest class in the game, maybe. I'm thinking maybe Juan (original owner of OUT-RANK) would of beaten my zon on his Vanq due to his perfect chainlocks and amazing intelligent play. I remember him just chainlocking me down and owning most of my chars, chars that nobody could beat but he was a pure legend, the only person I consider as good as me as a duelist, and I hold him in a higher regard than me in GM, I was much better in BM (anything goes), but I will always respect him even though I haven't seen him in years, he is a legend of the sport, and the greatest of all time on all realms.
