well no, but id prefer some other res then cold, since ib sorcs are very rare ( atleast in euro ), so id prefer light res vs bowas and their lighting which does alot dmg if you dont have any res, also lots of kickers, bowas and other chars using scs with light dmg to upgrade their dmg abit - another reason to use light over cold res
also which might be only my opinion, but however - i think a good belt needs life rep.. esp for lvl18 duels life rep is rly rly important imo

id prefer a clean 40 life / 5 lrp over that belt tbh :S

Holy shit euros are dumb. Just because a certain char class is rare on EURO doesn't make an item on EAST any less valuable. I'm surprised you even would use a 40/5lrp belt, liferep is banned on euro remember.

wraith strap is really nice.

I like the other belt too. perfect fhr/life/duel ris

also its good for tourney use when rep cap @ 25
