barbs arent allowed to bo their teamates in tvt. its still worth a little something, its a decent helm.

sad to say, but charsi. most caster classes rly want +2 tab instead of +1 class as their dmg scale hard from skill points.
maybe someone would be willing to use as a temp, but i wouldnt count on it.
