it's a decent weapon jewel.
As for a "trophy rating" 7/10 being generous.

If it's on east though PM Meitou about it he's been iso ed/max/ar jewel to finish up an old project.

worth about ~150-250 imo

i offered a 9ed 9 max 39 ar to him (vs 150 fg). hope he will take mine instead of yours :D

20ed does little to a military pick. It's like having a 12.6max/35+AR which is nothing special.
