For 30er tournament it would atm look like:
3 groups from which 2 best from each continue to 2 second round groups from which winners go to final

yes, that's how it's gonna be. although i hope for more to register, because atm we are 13. if there won't be more, i will resign or fill empty spaces.

or give one randomly drawn person a bye to round 2.

Fixes the prime number, yet all get to play.

if the person with the bye isn't good enough, he won't get any further anyway.

do a points thing first off, highest 8 or 16 then proceed to knockout stage
