1. You dont care if people scam you or your friends. Ok got it at that time and got it again now.
2. Dej did not call out overstack at any point in the match. Harabec was the referee, HE called out the overstack possibility AFTER the Match. everything that Dej called out during the match, Harabec dealt with at the time. "from what I was told" seriously??!? you joined when the score was 0-1 in their favour (they led 0-4, we pulled back to 5-4).
3. Yes Julian Def'd whore at times. congratz you got this right. if you knew anything about me and the tournaments i have hosted you would know that I have TKO'd him, Disqualified him and suspended him from tournaments, along with several of my friends. you cannot host a tournament if you are not impartial.
4. I immediately became an asshole, hmmm lets see, your in a very difficult match vs someone that you have had a huge falling out with, then some total unknown person joins the game, spams crap, gets between the duelers and spams some more. I have to ask, who in the world would not be annoyed ?
5. It was me that told Harabec to give them the TKO win. I remember it vividly because there was no point continuing the match, there was too much bad blood. (you certainly did not help, at any point, and I am calling you a liar now re ALL of this: "there were 3 people pitching a fit in chat about it, and you were DQ'd after, I was there for the whole thing, and it was not you who said to give them the TKO").
6. The other team left after the match ended. I believe they messaged Alex re: stack, at which point i called julian back ingame and we checked

Dej only entered the tournament to beat me, and he was successful, his char was specifcally designed to beat me and it meant alot to him I guess. win/lose i just want to have a good time. that match was a low point for me in d2 and i did not have a good time, not because we lost but because of the bad blood. I had been very close to dej up to the scam.
8. I dont understand you comment re: 1 pnt mastery. i fucked myself up ? how? if you are referring to my ally having too much res, thats my ally, not me, and if you look at the match from that point of view, having more resistance on a 1 pnt mastery would not have been deemed unfair as it would not have effected the match. pretty sure it was maxed mastery, thats why dej lost vs all the other teams, pat's vt burned his mana too hard since he had gone pure damage at the expense of life, same went for the pure Off skiller libby/ama team of ben and kev.
9. If your brother sister daughter wife friend is a cheater (inadvertedly or no) that does not make you one too btw.

2. He did call out the overstack, and we were talking about it in skype during the duels. I did not join after 1 duel was complete, I joined with 2 or 3 duels completed already.
3. I was mistaken as to why I joined btw, it was because of the defwhore paladin. You knew the dude was a defwhore when you took him for a partner, and you yourself never said anything to him to indicate you were unhappy with his hiding in corners in chat that I saw. To me, thats an endorsement of the behavior. You were endorsing the behaviour of a cheater. You seeing yet why I need to remind you time and again of the bullshit you pull?
4. If someone is unhappy with the referee not being strong enough to enforce the rules, you put them on the spot by calling in someone you believe has a good sense of the rules regarding the poor behaviour, and the will to speak up about it. That is why I showed up. Cuz harabec was being a pansy, which both he and you admitted, I believe in the tourney thread after it happened? Not sure on that bit, it may have occurred in game. Either way, you can be annoyed all you want, you were wrong.
5. Call me a liar if you wish. The DQ happened after the proper thing to do (re-do with appropriate gear) was refused by you, and the reason the resist was checked is because we 3 pitched a fit in the chat. As I said, we'd been discussing it in voice chat earlier, before the end.
6. They left because it appeared nothing was being done by your nearly worthless ref. Why sit around when you're getting shit on by the guy who's supposed to be in charge?
7. If you're going to design a char to beat a bowa being protected by a hdin, it isn't a blizzer. The choice to go 1pt CM was specifically for people like you who had enough (or more than enough, obviously...) stack to make it not worth a CM build. That is playing against the field, not a single opponent.
8. I know it was 1 pt CM. I was on the sorc multiple times, immediately before and after that duel. I went through the #'s with him between varying levels of CM, and went through specific gear to get the most out of the build due to it being 1pt CM. He never said anything about that being his build because it wasn't relevant to the cheating. Breaking rules is breaking rules, independent of it giving the rulebreaker an advantage. You'd think someone who regularly duels with so many rules would understand that.
9. As I said, you were endorsing a cheaters behaviour with your actions. The cheater was on your team. It is your responsibility to ensure your teammates are going to follow the rules, or to find someone who will.
10. Suck Twinsen harder, throw some more lines at east tourneys, you do your thing. Just know you're going to get called on it if you think you're superior, because the evidence shows that you're a fucking cheat. Cheats have no place to judge others on their tournaments. Their place is sucking off their betters, as you have done so aptly to this point.
