well it would at least let them hit a fhr bp if they were using a breast plate. With the circlet alone they would be at 10 frames, with 1x 12 fhr/xx/xx they can hit 8 frames and not lose too much life/mana in the process.

Ive seen offers of 1500+ on 29-30 ed 2 os 20 frw circlets before. So getting that and a low fhr frame for a breast plate user is nice imo.

because if you use a breast plate, you dont get 20 fhr from twitch.

No fhr from twitch if you use 3 sock bp.
