cool, now explain why anyone would duel at lvl 43

i c, u never played hc

i guess u know oath = lvl 49 req?

but there is no lvl43 dueling bracket.....

its 9, 15 (occasionally, but they duel 18's anyway), 18, 30, (rarely 39), 49. Do you see a lvl43 in there anywhere? its mostly 9,18,30,49 with a few odd levels
