Honestly I'm very disappointed that only 3 people did more than 8 duels and that multiple people signed up, have been active within d2, and didn't do a single duel. This makes it very difficult to correctly determine the field and pay out people.

Honestly the most fair thing to do here would be to drop anyone under 5 duels, this leaves 7 players. Then, of these 7 players, only their duels against each other will be counted towards their PPD given up, that number will be then allocated to incomplete duels to determine places 1-4.

This is the closest I can get to the original intent of the rules without going full retard and dropping basically everyone.
