i don't know your situation. you have to find the source for your problems:
ping certain sites near you (i.eg. google or your provider). if the ping is ok (50 or less) then there's a problem with your computer, else there is a problem with your internet connection.

Or connection to bnet server goes thru silly places

well, you know, I rly start thinking my lags depend on luck

since As I mentionned, some I don't lag , sometimes I do.

that's why you should ping a host near you for a longer time to see where the problem is
