Duelling at Bosses Normal-Nightmare. or drive certain mobs together in Nightmare and then do duels in this area like for example the graveyard A1 Q2. 1vs1 ( lvl 9 pvp ) or Tvt with lvl 9 there ? I've already done everything in vlld area. also in tvt´s in lod. That's not click and hold. This is fucking skill.

None of my people back then on EU-Lod probably ever called lvl 9 click and hold.
I think that's just an unimaginative term and a tournament rule. Not the description for lvl 9 pvp.
The US server players may have a different philosophy in terms of lvl 9 pvp. But I'm an EU player and I always will be.
