How do I go about getting that damn Den of Evil quest done in hell on any low level char? And also probably Jade Figurine, right?

For den make a game with your lvl 30 then leave and grab a high level character; clear all monsters but 1. Then use your lvl 30 to kill it
For jade you'll need a high level who hasn't done the quest. Get jade then give to your lld
