OW only good for last hitting on Poi heavy builds such as MA sin, and for anti replife. also pretty damn good vs ES sorcs, given it not only stops rep but also poi end arounds ES negation.

but ya, overall very underwhelming compared to say KB, Deadly Strike, Crit Strike, and other modifiers available to chars, let alone SoE.

If it was like 50%+ open wounds from belt or another single easy source I’d agree… but 10% chance while giving up soe or godly rare belt?! Can’t abide!!!

agreed, there's really no place for it outside of melee, where DR% is considerably worse than flat 15 MDR is in open dueling.

even there not going to find many builds that can use 10 ias gloves such as bfists, or even 20 ias flat from sanders, or worse 30 ias sigons w/ sigons boots, where u lose CB from gtoes, or ar/str/dex from sanders.

if there were ever a craft only lvl 30 melee scene you'd see some use, but LOL at even typing that out.

snipa i got a request to do a price check on charms,
its relatively straight forward for me to do 30-hld but i dont have a clue re: lower charms 9-18. any help?

if we can do a broad coverage of 9-hld for small large and grand ill add it to the price guide in my sig.

nope better left on classic side. as with 99% of classic shields, because 1 os isnt used on xpac side.
