after this 1st 160 i might try to similar craft at lvl 19, noting the rlevel for 10fhr is lvl 3. (yes i read kuki's guide a few times and maybe, just maybe, i am learning.
after all, the current requirement is a simple 10fhr 20 mana 5 inc mana 10 regen.

Yeah. I could do some math to optimize your chances, but im super tired right now.

can you chine in?

But reducing your char level will minimize the total available mods that can roll so you should see more pairs with fhr.

When I was looking at it yesterday, after rolling 1 pair of boots with FHR [with req level less then 30] in 135/160 (i.e. bad odds) ->

new rlvl= rlvl of highest affix + 10 + 3*amount of mods

OK and we just want FHR...

If I looked at that right I want the oppertunity to get 2 mods, thus I need to buy boots with a lvl 19 character ? and gamble at the same level ?
all in order to get 10fhr 20 mana 5inc mana 10 regen.

I tihnk im missing ilvl calculations ?

Haha i dont think so. But i can Good Will Hunting it eventually for you.
Gut feeling though is that a lvl 19 is fine since your desired mods are very low (although we dont know what secondary mod you are interested in yet)

10fhr + the mods from the craft, i.e. 20 mana 5inc 10regen. dont need anything else (for now).

on the basis that belts / boots are armors and its 29/29 for crafting belts, the same probably hold true for boots, so i'll do boots @ 29 tonight.
or well, thats for 24 fhr, for 10 fhr it suggests that the level should be lower when either buying or crafting. hm hmm help!
