a minor clarification for all: the 65% block rule is where the sorc has Energy Shield. if the sorc does not have energy shield they can 75% block.
players may not switch in and out of using energy shield. its either you play es or you play vita. ill amend/clarify the rule in my profile and for the next tournament.

barbs and shapers - max res 135 (they cant have unlimited.
