The general player base will be higher, but the lld player base will essentially be the same (us)

I wonder how it being cross platform will affect things. D3 for the switch is riddled with hacked items at the top of the ladder, probably true for other consoles as well. Nothing the game hasnt experienced before but it'll be interesting
