try to get 20 ed with dex and max dmg, for more dmg. you are on ladder jewels are a lot easier to find on ladder than nl cause more mfers play ladder.
but in all honesty, if u need cbf which isnt often cause not a lot of cold sorces compared to other chars, u can stash a death sash and gloves and then ull just shoot one frame faster when you swap.
and if you can afford it try to get 2 pairs of boots with 40 cold fire res and dex fhr, and the other pair with 40 light 40 fire res instead of cold, and then a vidalas for zvz.
